Our Story
NJB Management was born from a combination of lived experience, industry knowledge, and a shared vision – built by a brother and sister who have called the UAE home their entire lives.
Our co-founder Roshana Najib spent over a decade in the heart of Dubai’s events industry – as an event professional, as a staffing coordinator, and as talent herself. She knows this world from every angle: the pressure of last-minute bookings, the importance of showing up prepared, and what separates a memorable event from a forgettable one. That experience shaped how we think about talent – not as a resource to be dispatched, but as people whose professionalism directly reflects on every brand and organizer we work with.
Her brother Maxim Najib brings a different, equally essential perspective. With a strong background in business operations, quality control, and stakeholder management, he understands what it means to be accountable – to clients, to partners, and to the people on the ground delivering the work. He built systems and processes where reliability isn’t an aspiration, it’s a standard.
Together, they saw a gap. Dubai’s events and talent industry is fast, competitive, and high-stakes – but it isn’t always structured around the people doing the work or the organizers depending on them. NJB Management was founded to change that: an agency built on real industry experience, genuine accountability, and a commitment to getting it right every single time.
