How quickly can we provide staff for your event?
For standard bookings, we typically confirm talent within 24 to 48 hours. For larger events or specific requirements, we recommend reaching out at least 5 to 7 days in advance to ensure availability and proper briefing. That said, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests – get in touch with us via WhatsApp or phone call, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What types of events do we cover?
We cover a wide range of events in Dubai and other emirates – corporate conferences, brand activations, product launches, luxury weddings, club nights, private celebrations, fashion shows, exhibitions, and more. If you need professional talent on the ground, we can help.
How many staff members can we provide for a single event?
There is no fixed limit. We work with events requiring a single host as well as large-scale activations requiring full promotional teams. Tell us what you need and we’ll build the right team around your brief.
What happens if a staff member cancels last minute?
We take this seriously. In the unlikely event of a last-minute cancellation, we immediately work to source a replacement of equivalent profile and experience. We confirm every booking in writing and follow up before every event precisely to minimise this risk.
Do we provide staff for events outside of Dubai?
Yes. While we are based in Dubai Media City, we provide talent for events across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates. For events further afield, get in touch to discuss logistics and availability.
How do I book talent through NJB Management?
Simply reach out via our website, email, or WhatsApp with your event details – date, venue, type of event, number of staff required, and any specific requirements. We’ll get back to you promptly with availability and a quote.
What information do I need to provide when making a booking?
The more detail the better. Event date and time, venue, type of event, number and type of staff required, dress code, specific skills or languages needed, and any brand guidelines are all helpful. The clearer the brief, the better the result.
Can I request specific models or staff I’ve worked with before?
Absolutely. If you’ve worked with someone from our roster and would like to book them again, just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate the request based on their availability.
Do we work with recurring events or long-term contracts?
Yes, and we welcome it. Long-term partnerships allow us to develop a deeper understanding of your brand and requirements, which consistently leads to better results. Get in touch to discuss ongoing arrangements.
What is our cancellation policy?
Our cancellation terms are outlined in the Booking Agreement signed at the time of confirmation. A deposit is required to secure the booking, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period. Full details are provided before any agreement is signed.

Can we handle large-scale brand activations?
Yes, we can! We have experience supplying promotional teams, brand ambassadors, and models for large-scale activations across Dubai and other emirates – including mall activations, exhibition stands, product launches, and experiential campaigns. We scale the team to fit the brief.
Do we provide brand ambassadors for product launches and mall activations?
Definitely. We provide well-presented, professional brand ambassadors who are briefed on your product and brand guidelines before the activation. First impressions matter – we make sure your team is ready to represent your brand properly.
Can you request talent based on specific look, language, or experience?
Absolutely. We take detailed briefs and match talent to your specific requirements – including appearance, height, language skills, previous brand experience, and more. The more specific your brief, the better we can match.
Do our models have experience with commercial and e-commerce shoots?
Yes. Our roster includes models with experience across commercial shoots, e-commerce, lookbooks, editorial, and lifestyle campaigns. We can share relevant portfolios upon request.
Can we supply content creators and influencer talent for campaigns?
Yes. We work with content creators and influencer talent available for brand collaborations, social media campaigns, and product features. If your campaign needs a creator who knows how to deliver content that performs, we can help.
Do we sign NDAs for unreleased campaigns?
Definitely! We understand the importance of confidentiality for pre-release campaigns and are happy to sign NDAs where required. All talent working with NJB Management is also bound by a confidentiality policy as standard.
How do we handle image usage rights?
Usage rights are agreed in writing as part of the booking process. Usage beyond the originally agreed scope – in terms of territory, media, or duration – may be a subject to additional fees. We make sure this is clearly documented before any shoot takes place.

How do I join the NJB Management roster?
Fill out our model registration form, reach out to us directly via email or WhatsApp, or join our WhatsApp Community. We review all applications and will be in touch if your profile is a match for our current roster needs.
Do I need prior experience to apply?
Not necessarily. We work with experienced professionals as well as emerging talent with the right look, attitude, and professionalism. What matters most is reliability, presentation, and a willingness to take direction and represent our clients well.
What types of bookings does NJB Management offer?
We offer a wide range of bookings – commercial shoots, fashion campaigns, e-commerce, brand activations, promotional events, corporate events, weddings, club nights, and more. We work to match each talent with the opportunities that suit their profile and experience.
What visa or work permit do I need to work with NJB Management?
To work legally in the UAE, you need a valid work permit. This can be an employment visa sponsored by NJB Management, or your own freelance license issued by a UAE free zone (such as DMCC or Dubai Media City). We can advise on the right setup for your situation.
How and when will I be paid?
Payment terms are agreed in writing before each booking. We process payments promptly and on time – this is a non-negotiable commitment for us. You will always know your rate and payment timeline before you confirm a booking.
Will I receive a brief before each booking?
Always. Every talent we send to a booking receives a full brief in advance — covering the event details, dress code, schedule, client expectations, and who to report to. We believe prepared talent delivers better results, and we take that seriously.
Can I work with other agencies at the same time?
In most cases, yes. We work with talent on a non-exclusive basis, meaning you are free to work with other agencies alongside NJB Management. Any exclusivity arrangements, where applicable, are clearly stated in writing before being agreed.

How do I update my portfolio or availability?
